Pre-Concept

Our goal during the Pre-Concept phase is to understand the scope of your project and your business plan. Typically this will involve a site visit to visualize how to best optimize the topography

of your site.

Concept Design

At the completion of this phase, you will be delivered a CAD drawing locating

all the elements determined in the first phase. Here you will be able to review the track layout and provide your feedback before moving to the

Detailed Design.

Detailed Design

Here we add additional detail that will be critical for your engineering team.

We also perform a speed simulation

to finalize all the safety elements and modify the corner shapes to optimize flow and passing zones.
